- Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for the Theme Product and Selling team at Bath & Body Works
- Create training materials and resources that effectively educate and engage team members on product knowledge, selling techniques, and customer service standards
- Lead and supervise a team of trainers to ensure consistent delivery of training programs across all retail locations
- Continuously assess and improve training methods and materials to ensure they align with company goals and objectives
- Collaborate with other departments and store managers to identify training needs and develop customized programs to address them
- Monitor and track the progress and success of training programs, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement
- Serve as a mentor and coach to team members, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their sales and career goals

Extensive Experience In Training And Development: A Manager Learning & Development For The Theme Product And Selling Department At Bath & Body Works Should Have A Strong Background In Designing And Delivering Effective Training Programs. This Includes Experience In Creating Engaging Learning Materials, Conducting Training Sessions, And Evaluating The Effectiveness Of Training Programs.
