
Project Manager Store Operations - Real Estate Execution

- Oversee the execution of real estate projects for Bath & Body Works stores, including site selection, lease negotiation, and store design.
- Develop and maintain relationships with landlords, developers, and other external partners to secure prime locations for new store openings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that real estate projects align with business goals and objectives.
- Create project plans, timelines, and budgets to effectively manage the execution of real estate projects.
- Monitor and track project progress, identifying and addressing any potential roadblocks or issues.
- Conduct regular site visits and communicate updates to relevant stakeholders.
- Manage and negotiate lease agreements, ensuring favorable terms for Bath & Body Works.
- Lead and motivate a team of real estate professionals to achieve project goals and deliver results.
- Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to inform real estate decisions.
- Communicate and collaborate with other departments, including Finance, Legal, and Marketing, to ensure alignment and successful execution of real estate projects.
- Provide regular reporting and updates on project status to senior management.
- Continuously evaluate and improve processes and procedures related to real estate project management.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Real Estate Management, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Project Management, Preferably In A Retail Or Real Estate Environment.
Strong Knowledge Of Store Operations, Real Estate Processes, And Construction Management.
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage Cross-Functional Teams.
Project Management Certification (E.g. Pmp) And Familiarity With Project Management Software Is Preferred.
