  1. Lead and manage a team of research and development professionals in the creation of new and innovative products for Bath & Body Works.
  2. Utilize your strong background in product development to drive the creation and launch of exciting new products.
  3. Stay up-to-date on market trends and consumer preferences to identify opportunities for product development.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product concepts align with company objectives and brand standards.
  5. Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and successful product launches.
  6. Conduct thorough research and analysis to inform product development decisions and identify potential risks.
  7. Foster a culture of creativity and innovation within the research and development team.
  8. Continuously monitor and evaluate product performance and make recommendations for improvements or adjustments as needed.
  9. Ensure all products meet regulatory and safety standards.
  10. Act as a brand ambassador for Bath & Body Works, representing and promoting the company's values and mission to deliver exceptional products to our customers.

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Chemistry, Biology, Or Product Development.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Research And Development, Preferably In The Cosmetics Or Personal Care Industry.

  • Strong Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Lead Cross-Functional Teams And Meet Deadlines.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Internal And External Stakeholders.

  • Knowledge Of Industry Regulations And Standards, As Well As Experience With Product Testing And Quality Control Processes.
