Job Description

As a key holder, you will play a vital role in ensuring the success of our store by assisting in the day-to-day operations and providing exceptional customer service. We are looking for someone with strong leadership skills, a positive attitude, and a keen eye for detail.   1. Manage and lead a team of retail associates to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
  2. Open and close the store, handling cash and deposits, and ensuring the security of the store.
  3. Train and develop team members to provide exceptional product knowledge and customer service.
  4. Ensure all products are properly stocked and displayed, and maintain visual merchandising standards.
  5. Monitor and track sales performance, inventory levels, and store expenses to achieve profitability goals.
  6. Address and resolve any customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner.
  7. Create and maintain a positive and inclusive work environment for all team members.
  8. Communicate and collaborate with store management to discuss sales strategies and goals.
  9. Act as a role model for the team by demonstrating strong leadership skills and a positive attitude.
  10. Follow company policies and procedures, and ensure the team is adhering to them as well.
  11. Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and procedures to enhance the customer experience.
  12. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and product knowledge to provide the best possible service to customers.
  13. Assist in the recruitment, hiring, and training of new team members.
  14. Handle any other duties or tasks assigned by store management.

Job Qualifications
  • Previous Retail Experience: A Retail Key Holder At Bath & Body Works Should Have At Least 2-3 Years Of Experience In A Retail Environment, Preferably In A Leadership Role.

  • Strong Leadership Skills: Key Holders Are Responsible For Managing And Motivating A Team Of Sales Associates, So They Should Possess Effective Leadership Skills, Including The Ability To Delegate Tasks, Provide Feedback, And Resolve Conflicts.

  • Organizational Skills: In Addition To Managing A Team, Key Holders Are Also Responsible For Opening And Closing The Store, Managing Inventory, And Handling Cash. Therefore, Candidates Should Have Strong Organizational Skills And Attention To Detail.

  • Customer Service Skills: As A Key Representative Of The Brand, Key Holders Should Have Excellent Customer Service Skills And Be Able To Create A Positive Shopping Experience For Customers. This Includes Greeting Customers, Providing Product Recommendations, And Handling Customer Inquiries And Complaints.

  • Knowledge Of Bath & Body Works Products: Applicants Should Have A Strong Knowledge And Passion For The Products Sold At Bath & Body Works. This Includes Being Familiar With The Various Scents, Ingredients, And Product Lines, As Well As Being Able To Make Recommendations To Customers Based On Their Needs.
