  1. Greet and welcome customers as they enter the store, creating a positive and inviting atmosphere.
  2. Serve as a brand ambassador and demonstrate extensive knowledge of Bath & Body Works products and services.
  3. Assist customers in finding and selecting products, providing recommendations and answering any questions or concerns.
  4. Ensure the store is well-stocked, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
  5. Oversee and perform cashier duties, including handling transactions and ensuring accuracy.
  6. Lead and motivate team members to provide exceptional customer service and achieve sales goals.
  7. Train new employees on company policies and procedures, product knowledge, and customer service.
  8. Supervise and delegate tasks to other team members, ensuring efficient and effective operations.
  9. Monitor inventory levels and communicate product needs to management.
  10. Follow company guidelines and procedures for opening and closing the store.
  11. Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues in a professional and timely manner.
  12. Maintain a clean and safe working environment by following company safety protocols.
  13. Handle cash management and ensure all transactions are accurately recorded.
  14. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and product knowledge to make informed sales and marketing decisions.
  15. Collaborate with management to develop and implement strategies for achieving sales targets and improving customer satisfaction.

Job Qualifications
  • Previous Retail Management Experience: A Key Holder At Bath & Body Works Should Have Previous Experience In A Retail Management Role, Preferably In A Similar Industry. This Experience Should Include Responsibilities Such As Opening And Closing The Store, Cash Handling, And Supervising Staff.

  • Strong Customer Service Skills: As A Key Holder, You Will Be Responsible For Ensuring Excellent Customer Service Is Maintained At All Times. This Includes Resolving Customer Complaints, Assisting With Product Inquiries, And Creating A Positive Shopping Experience For Customers.

  • Leadership Abilities: As A Key Holder, You Will Be Responsible For Supervising And Motivating A Team Of Sales Associates. Therefore, Strong Leadership Skills Are Essential In Order To Effectively Delegate Tasks, Provide Feedback, And Maintain A Positive Work Environment.

  • Organizational Skills: A Key Holder Must Be Highly Organized And Able To Manage Multiple Tasks Efficiently. This Includes Creating And Managing Staff Schedules, Ensuring Stock Levels Are Maintained, And Maintaining A Clean And Organized Store Environment.

  • Product Knowledge: Bath & Body Works Offers A Wide Range Of Products, And As A Key Holder, It Is Important To Have A Strong Understanding Of These Products. This Includes Knowledge Of Ingredients, Benefits, And Usage, As Well As Staying Up-To-Date On New Product Releases And Promotions. This Knowledge Will Aid In Providing Excellent Customer Service And Driving Sales.
