  • Greet and engage customers in a friendly and welcoming manner
  • Educate customers on Bath & Body Works products, including fragrances, skincare, and body care
  • Provide exceptional customer service by understanding and meeting customer needs and preferences
  • Utilize strong sales skills to promote and sell Bath & Body Works products
  • Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking products and shelves
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and targets
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, promotions, and company policies
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance sales and customer service skills
  • Proactively seek out and address customer feedback and concerns
  • Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times, representing the Bath & Body Works brand
  • Comply with all company policies and procedures, including safety and security measures.
