  1. Greet and welcome customers to the store in a friendly and professional manner.
  2. Assist customers in finding products and making purchasing decisions.
  3. Educate customers on the benefits and features of our products.
  4. Maintain a thorough knowledge of all products and promotions.
  5. Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
  6. Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
  7. Restock products and maintain proper inventory levels.
  8. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and targets.
  9. Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  10. Proactively upsell and cross-sell products to increase sales.
  11. Provide recommendations and suggestions to customers based on their needs and preferences.
  12. Stay up-to-date with new product launches and promotions.
  13. Maintain a positive and energetic attitude to create a welcoming and enjoyable shopping experience.
  14. Attend and actively participate in training sessions and meetings.
  15. Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
  16. Continuously strive to meet and exceed sales targets.
  17. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
  18. Assist in maintaining visual merchandising standards.
  19. Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately.
  20. Collaborate with team members to ensure the store is always adequately staffed.

  • Strong Customer Service Skills: Retail Sales Support At Bath & Body Works Requires Interacting With Customers On A Daily Basis. Therefore, Having Excellent Customer Service Skills, Such As Being Friendly, Approachable, And Helpful, Is Essential For This Job.

  • Knowledge Of Bath & Body Works Products: To Effectively Assist Customers With Their Purchases, Retail Sales Support Employees Should Have A Good Understanding Of Bath & Body Works Products, Including Their Features, Benefits, And Uses.

  • Sales Experience: The Main Responsibility Of A Retail Sales Support At Bath & Body Works Is To Drive Sales And Meet Sales Targets. Therefore, Having Prior Sales Experience, Preferably In A Retail Environment, Is Highly Desirable For This Role.
