We are currently seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Retail Sales Support. In this role, you will play a crucial part in providing exceptional customer service and support to our retail sales team.   1. Greet and welcome customers to Bath & Body Works with a positive and friendly attitude.
  2. Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with product selection and providing recommendations.
  3. Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system.
  4. Maintain a clean and organized sales floor by restocking merchandise and arranging displays.
  5. Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting any discrepancies.
  6. Collaborate with the retail sales team to achieve sales goals and targets.
  7. Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  8. Continuously enhance product knowledge and stay updated on new products and promotions.
  9. Uphold company policies and procedures to ensure a safe and enjoyable shopping experience for customers.
  10. Support the retail sales team in achieving store operational tasks, such as opening and closing procedures.
  11. Maintain a positive and professional attitude, representing the Bath & Body Works brand at all times.
  12. Attend training sessions and meetings to stay informed about company updates and procedures.
  13. Work collaboratively with team members to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
  14. Assist in maintaining visual standards and merchandising guidelines to ensure a visually appealing store.
  15. Adhere to all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment for both customers and employees.
