  1. Greet and welcome customers to the store in a friendly and professional manner.
  2. Assist customers in finding and selecting products that meet their needs and preferences.
  3. Maintain a strong knowledge of Bath & Body Works products, promotions, and policies.
  4. Educate customers on the benefits and uses of our products.
  5. Proactively engage with customers to offer assistance and suggest additional products.
  6. Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently.
  7. Maintain a neat and organized store environment, including restocking shelves and organizing product displays.
  8. Ensure all products are properly labeled and priced.
  9. Follow all company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.
  10. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
  11. Continuously strive to improve product knowledge and sales techniques.
  12. Address customer concerns and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  13. Attend and actively participate in team meetings and training sessions.
  14. Maintain a positive and upbeat attitude to promote a fun and welcoming shopping experience.
  15. Represent the Bath & Body Works brand in a positive and professional manner at all times.
