
Senior Manager, HR Investigations

- Conduct thorough and unbiased investigations into workplace complaints and concerns, ensuring all relevant parties are heard and appropriate actions are taken.
- Provide support and guidance to the HR team on handling sensitive and complex employee relations issues.
- Stay up-to-date on employment laws and regulations to ensure all investigations are conducted in compliance with legal requirements.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures related to employee relations and investigations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including legal and senior management, to address and resolve workplace issues.
- Advise and train managers and employees on proper conflict resolution techniques and company policies.
- Maintain accurate and confidential records of all investigations and their outcomes.
- Analyze data and trends to identify potential areas of concern and propose solutions to improve the work environment.
- Foster a culture of respect, diversity, and inclusion by promoting initiatives that support a positive and inclusive workplace.
- Serve as a resource for employees seeking guidance or support in navigating workplace issues.
- Handle any escalated employee relations matters with sensitivity and professionalism.
- Coach and mentor junior HR team members on best practices for conducting investigations and resolving employee relations issues.
- Participate in the recruitment and hiring process for HR team members.
- Serve as a role model for upholding company values and promoting a positive work culture.
- Continuously seek ways to improve HR processes and procedures to ensure the fair and equitable treatment of all employees.
Extensive Experience In Conducting And Managing Complex Hr Investigations: This Includes A Thorough Understanding Of Relevant Laws And Regulations, As Well As Experience In Handling Sensitive And Confidential Information.
Strong Leadership And Management Skills: As A Senior Manager, Hr Investigations, This Role Will Involve Overseeing A Team Of Investigators And Ensuring Efficient And Effective Handling Of Cases. Therefore, The Ideal Candidate Should Have Proven Experience In Leading And Managing A Team.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: The Ability To Communicate Effectively With Employees At All Levels, As Well As External Stakeholders, Is Crucial In This Role. The Senior Manager Should Also Possess Strong Conflict Resolution Skills And The Ability To Handle Difficult Conversations.
