Job Description

BAYADA Home Health Care is looking for an experienced Client Services Manager to join our team and help us provide quality, compassionate care to our clients. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers and will be responsible for ensuring that their needs are met.The ideal candidate for this position will have excellent customer service and communication skills, as well as a passion for helping others. They should also be organized, detail-oriented, and have a strong sense of empathy. The successful candidate will be an excellent problem-solver and be able to work independently and in a team environment.If you have the qualifications and experience we are looking for, we would love for you to join us in our mission to provide quality, compassionate care to our clients.

Responsibilities:

  1. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  2. Ensure that customer needs are met in accordance with company policy.
  3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers.
  4. Provide excellent customer service and build trust with clients.
  5. Handle customer complaints and issues in a proactive and empathetic manner.
  6. Utilize problem-solving skills to address customer issues quickly and efficiently.
  7. Remain organized and detail-oriented in managing customer accounts.
  8. Work independently and in a team environment to meet customer needs.
  9. Stay up to date on company policies and procedures to ensure compliance.
  10. Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
