Clinical Manager

BAYADA Home Health Care is looking for an experienced Clinical Manager who is passionate about providing quality patient care and committed to providing the best experience for our patients and employees. Our ideal Clinical Manager has excellent communication and organizational skills, is a team player and has an understanding of the home health care industry. The Clinical Manager will serve as a leader and mentor to our clinical staff and will be responsible for the overall operations of our home health care services. This individual will be responsible for managing clinical staff, providing oversight of patient care services, and ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations and standards. The successful candidate must have a current and valid Registered Nurse license in the state of practice, as well as, a minimum of two years of home health care clinical experience. In addition, the ideal candidate must have strong problem-solving and analytical skills and be able to work independently with minimal supervision. A Bachelor's degree in Nursing is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage clinical staff and provide mentorship.
2. Oversee patient care services and ensure compliance with applicable regulations and standards.
3. Develop and implement policies, procedures, and protocols for delivering home health care services.
4. Monitor and review patient care plans, and evaluate patient care outcomes.
5. Coordinate patient care with other healthcare providers.
6. Assess staffing needs and coordinate staff schedules.
7. Monitor and review clinical documentation for accuracy and completeness.
8. Provide training and education for staff.
9. Serve as a liaison between clinical staff and other healthcare providers.
10. Participate in quality improvement activities.
