  1. Analyze and interpret clinical data to assess the effectiveness of treatments and patient outcomes.
  2. Develop and maintain data collection systems and databases to ensure accurate and timely data analysis.
  3. Collaborate with healthcare providers and other team members to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance patient outcomes.
  4. Use statistical methods and software to analyze and present data in a clear and meaningful way.
  5. Generate reports, graphs, and other visual representations of data to communicate key findings and trends to stakeholders.
  6. Identify and track key performance indicators and metrics to monitor the quality of care and identify areas for improvement.
  7. Conduct regular audits and reviews of clinical data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  8. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and provide data-driven recommendations for improving patient outcomes.
  9. Stay current on industry trends and best practices in clinical data analysis and reporting.
  10. Collaborate with IT and other departments to ensure data integrity and security.
  11. Train and educate healthcare staff on data collection and reporting processes.
  12. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations in handling sensitive patient data.
  13. Act as a resource and provide support to other departments on data-related inquiries.
  14. Communicate and present data findings to leadership and other stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
  15. Continuously seek opportunities to improve data collection, analysis, and reporting processes to drive efficiency and accuracy.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Informatics, Statistics, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Experience In Data Analysis And Reporting, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting.

  • Knowledge Of Clinical Outcomes Measurement And Quality Improvement Methodologies.

  • Proficiency In Sql And Data Visualization Tools Such As Tableau Or Power Bi.

  • Strong Analytical And Critical Thinking Skills, With The Ability To Interpret Complex Data And Communicate Findings To Various Stakeholders.
