  1. Provide technical support to employees for all technology systems and devices.
  2. Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues or malfunctions.
  3. Ensure all systems and devices are functioning properly and efficiently.
  4. Monitor and respond to helpdesk tickets and requests in a timely manner.
  5. Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems.
  6. Train and educate employees on the proper use of technology systems and devices.
  7. Collaborate with other IT team members to implement and maintain new technology solutions.
  8. Maintain accurate records of helpdesk requests and resolutions.
  9. Communicate effectively with employees to gather necessary information and provide solutions.
  10. Follow and enforce security protocols to protect the confidentiality and integrity of company data.
  11. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology to make recommendations for improvements.
  12. Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills and a strong commitment to providing a positive employee experience.
  13. Prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects effectively.
  14. Adhere to company policies and procedures.
  15. Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and procedures to enhance the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the helpdesk.
