Manager - FDA Business Excellence

- Lead the development and implementation of strategies for continuous improvement and operational excellence in accordance with FDA regulations and quality systems
- Manage a team of talented individuals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to drive their professional growth and development
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance business processes
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and collaborate with them to drive business excellence and achieve organizational goals
- Stay updated on FDA regulations and industry best practices to ensure compliance and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Utilize project management methodologies to plan, execute, and monitor projects related to business excellence and process improvement
- Analyze data and performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement, and develop action plans to address them
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including presenting progress and results to senior management
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the organization and champion innovative ideas and initiatives
- Ensure all business processes and projects align with Bayer's values, mission, and objectives.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Management, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Managerial Role, Preferably In The Pharmaceutical Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Fda Regulations And Compliance Processes.
Excellent Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage And Motivate A Team.
