Job Description

At Bayer, we are looking for a dynamic Quality System Manager to join our team and ensure that our quality systems are up to date and meet the required standards. In this role, you will lead a team of quality professionals and be responsible for developing, maintaining, and improving our quality system processes.To be successful in this role, you must have a minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in a related field, such as Quality Management, Quality Assurance, or Industrial Engineering. You must also have extensive knowledge of Quality System processes and regulations, as well as experience managing a Quality System team.
