Job Description

Bayer is looking for a Scientist I (Precision Genomics Extraction Supervisor) to join our cutting-edge team. We are seeking an individual who is passionate about molecular biology and who can bring their expertise to our world-renowned lab. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up, managing, and overseeing the lab’s precision genomics extraction operations. We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented professional who is eager to take on a leadership role in precision genomics.The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, or a related field and at least two years of experience in a lab setting. The candidate should also have expertise using precision genomics extraction machines and an understanding of quality control processes. The successful candidate will also be a strong leader who can motivate and mentor a team of scientists.
