Lead and manage a team of scientists to ensure efficient and effective execution of all analytical development activities.
Develop and implement strategies and plans for analytical development in line with company goals and objectives.
Oversee the development, validation, and optimization of analytical methods for product testing.
Manage and monitor analytical development projects to ensure timely delivery of results and adherence to quality standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product development and ensure alignment with regulatory requirements.
Provide technical expertise and guidance to the team on analytical methods and techniques.
Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity within the analytical development team.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, guidelines, and standards in the pharmaceutical industry.
Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors for outsourcing of analytical development activities.
Stay updated on industry developments and trends in analytical development and incorporate new technologies and methodologies into company processes.
Train and mentor team members on analytical development techniques, processes, and standards.
Communicate project updates, issues, and resolutions to senior management and other stakeholders.
Monitor and manage the budget for analytical development activities.
Participate in hiring and onboarding of new team members.
Represent the company at conferences, seminars, and other industry events as needed.
