Job Description

Bayer is looking for a highly motivated, dynamic and experienced Sr Manager of Global- Medical Affairs to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing medical leadership and developing quality medical strategies to support Bayer’s global medical affairs initiatives.We are looking for an individual who is a self-starter and team player with excellent communication and organizational skills. The Sr Manager of Global- Medical Affairs must have a minimum of 8 years of experience in medical affairs and/or clinical research. The successful candidate must also possess an MD or PhD in a relevant scientific field (e.g. medicine, pharmacy, biology, etc.) and have a deep understanding of the drug development process, including regulatory and reimbursement issues.If you are a highly organized individual with strong leadership skills, a passion for medical affairs, and a commitment to quality, this could be the perfect role for you!
