  1. Develop and maintain labeling strategies for all Bayer products in the US market, in accordance with relevant regulations and guidelines.
  2. Ensure timely and accurate submission of labeling documents to regulatory agencies.
  3. Stay up-to-date with changes in labeling regulations and guidelines and implement necessary updates to labeling strategies.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including regulatory affairs, marketing, and product development to ensure labeling compliance.
  5. Conduct thorough reviews of labeling materials to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  6. Monitor and analyze labeling trends and provide recommendations for improvement.
  7. Track and maintain all labeling documentation and records.
  8. Implement and oversee quality control measures to ensure labeling compliance.
  9. Act as a point of contact for any labeling-related inquiries or concerns from regulatory agencies.
  10. Provide training and guidance to internal stakeholders on labeling regulations and guidelines.
  11. Participate in labeling-related audits and inspections.
  12. Communicate any labeling-related issues or concerns to relevant stakeholders and develop action plans to address them.
  13. Maintain a high level of attention to detail in all labeling work.
  14. Collaborate with global labeling teams to ensure consistency and alignment in labeling strategies.
  15. Continuously seek opportunities to improve labeling processes and procedures.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Business Administration, Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In A Labeling Management Role In The Pharmaceutical Or Healthcare Industry

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Fda Regulations And Guidelines For Drug Labeling And Packaging

  • Excellent Project Management Skills And Ability To Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously

  • Strong Communication And Leadership Skills, With Experience Managing A Team And Collaborating With Cross-Functional Teams
