- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives to support the BBC's mission and business objectives.
- Provide expert HR guidance and support to managers and employees on a range of HR matters, including employee relations, performance management, and talent development.
- Collaborate with managers to identify and address any HR issues or challenges within their teams.
- Maintain and promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture, ensuring a diverse and inclusive workforce.
- Drive change and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance HR processes and practices.

- Manage employee relations issues, including investigations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary processes.
- Partner with the recruitment team to support hiring efforts and ensure a smooth onboarding process for new employees.
- Conduct training and development programs for managers and employees to enhance their knowledge and skills in HR-related areas.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders on HR matters, providing insights and recommendations to support decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant HR laws and regulations.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR data.
- Foster a collaborative and positive working relationship with all BBC employees.
- Represent the BBC in a professional and positive manner at all times.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In A Human Resources Role, With At Least 3 Years At A Strategic Level.
Strong Understanding Of Uk Employment Laws And Regulations.
Experience In Managing Employee Relations And Performance Management.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships And Work Collaboratively With Stakeholders At All Levels.
