Job Description

Strategic Direction and Planning. Develop a true global travel program together with your client. Implementing a Global Business Plan to establish, achieve and measure the business objectives of the global travel program. Manage Global Program Management team and provide coaching and mentoring. Establish and maintain relationships with key customer decision makers. Exploring opportunities to expand client servicing relationship through coordination of sales effort, pricing and implementation. Oversee the implementation of new business, working closely with global implementation team to ensure customer expectations are met. Negotiate client contract terms and manage to all contractual terms.
