Recruiting Specialist
Champion the candidate experience, ensuring every step in the process excites, informs, and supports our candidates. Utilize exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills to meticulously schedule multiple phone and virtual interviews to ensure a seamless process for recruiters, interviewers, and candidates. Maintain accurate reporting within our internal tools and ATS (we use Greenhouse). Identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes. Support the Recruiting Operations team with ad hoc projects as needed.
1+ years of recruiting coordination experience or equivalent experience; ideally in a fast-paced technology, professional services, or digital environment
Ability to constantly "switch gears" when priorities shift
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment
Hands-on experience using and updating a complex database such as a CRM or ATS (Applicant Tracking System)
