As a Maintenance Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the ongoing operation and maintenance of our facilities, equipment, and systems.   1. Perform routine maintenance tasks on facilities, equipment, and systems to ensure their efficient and safe operation.
  2. Conduct preventative maintenance procedures to identify and address potential issues before they become major problems.
  3. Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment malfunctions, and implement corrective actions to resolve them.
  4. Coordinate with project managers and engineers to develop maintenance plans and schedules that align with project requirements and timelines.
  5. Keep accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, maintenance logs, and equipment inventory.
  6. Monitor and maintain inventory levels of necessary tools, equipment, and supplies.
  7. Collaborate with other maintenance team members to share knowledge and best practices, and support each other in completing tasks.
  8. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies in performing maintenance tasks.
  9. Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings in the maintenance process.
  10. Stay current on industry best practices and new technologies related to maintenance, and make recommendations for their implementation.
  11. Respond to emergency maintenance requests and provide timely solutions to minimize downtime.
  12. Train and mentor less experienced maintenance technicians to develop their skills and knowledge.
  13. Communicate effectively with project stakeholders and provide updates on maintenance activities and progress.
  14. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, and promote a positive and collaborative work environment.
  15. Demonstrate a commitment to promoting a culture of safety and environmental responsibility in all maintenance activities.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Maintenance And Repair Work, Preferably In An Industrial Or Construction Setting.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Electrical, Mechanical, And Plumbing Systems, With The Ability To Troubleshoot And Diagnose Issues Effectively.

  • Proficiency In Reading And Interpreting Technical Manuals And Blueprints.

  • Ability To Operate And Maintain A Variety Of Tools And Equipment Used In Maintenance Work.

  • Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Work Independently And As Part Of A Team.
