- Oversee the installation and implementation of software systems in our plants.
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the company's software systems and their functionality.
- Lead a team of software technicians and provide guidance and support as needed.
- Ensure that all software installations and maintenance are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that may arise during software installation or maintenance.
- Develop and maintain relationships with software vendors and stay updated on new software releases and updates.
- Collaborate with plant managers and other team members to identify software needs and make recommendations for improvements.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures for software installation and maintenance.
- Continuously monitor and analyze software performance to identify and address any potential issues.
- Provide training and support to plant staff on how to use and maintain software systems.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in software technology.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures related to software installation and maintenance.
- Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, including plant staff, management, and software vendors.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of all software installations, updates, and maintenance activities.
- Act as a point of contact for any software-related inquiries or issues from plant staff.
Extensive Knowledge And Experience In Plant Installation Software, Including But Not Limited To Cad Programs, Project Management Software, And Virtual Design Tools.
Strong Leadership Skills And The Ability To Effectively Manage A Team Of Software Technicians And Engineers.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Various Stakeholders Such As Project Managers, Engineers, And Clients.
Experience In Developing And Implementing Software Installation Plans And Procedures, And Ensuring Compliance With Industry Standards And Regulations.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Leading And Completing Complex Software Installation Projects Within Budget And On Schedule.
