- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Point of Care (POC) instrumentation and software solutions.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by responding promptly and effectively to customer inquiries and issues.
- Conduct on-site training and education for healthcare professionals on the use of POC instrumentation and software.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address customer needs and concerns.
- Evaluate and analyze customer data to identify trends and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements to continuously improve technical knowledge and expertise.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals and colleagues.
- Create and deliver presentations to demonstrate the value and capabilities of POC instrumentation and software.
- Participate in the development and testing of new POC products and solutions.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations and guidelines.
- Travel to customer sites as needed to provide on-site support and training.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer interactions and activities.
- Collaborate with sales teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Act as a brand ambassador for Beckman Coulter, promoting the company's values and mission.
- Continuously seek opportunities for professional development and growth within the company.
Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Biology, Chemistry, Or Biomedical Engineering.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience Working With Pcc (Particle Characterization And Counting) Instruments, Preferably At A Life Science Company.
Strong Technical Knowledge And Understanding Of Pcc Instrument Operation, Troubleshooting, And Maintenance.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Train And Support Customers On Pcc Instrument Usage.
Experience In A Customer-Facing Role, With A Focus On Providing Exceptional Service And Building Strong Relationships With Customers.
