As a Senior Clinical Solutions Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales of our products and services to healthcare providers, ultimately contributing to the improvement of patient care.   1. Drive sales of Beckman Coulter's products and services to healthcare providers.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers to understand their needs and provide solutions that improve patient care.
  3. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed sales goals.
  4. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities for growth.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure alignment and maximize sales opportunities.
  6. Utilize strong communication and networking skills to effectively present and promote Beckman Coulter's products and services to potential customers.
  7. Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential customers and target markets.
  8. Attend conferences, trade shows, and other industry events to promote Beckman Coulter's products and services and network with potential customers.
  9. Provide exceptional customer service and support to healthcare providers, resolving any issues or concerns that may arise.
  10. Continuously track and report on sales performance and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
  11. Mentor and train junior sales team members to help them achieve their goals and contribute to the overall success of the company.
  12. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including compliance with regulatory and legal requirements.
  13. Maintain a deep understanding of Beckman Coulter's products and services and effectively communicate their value and benefits to potential customers.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In The Clinical Diagnostics Industry, With A Strong Understanding Of Laboratory Workflow And Operations.

  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Biology, Chemistry, Or Biomedical Engineering. Advanced Degree Preferred.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Selling And Implementing Complex Clinical Solutions To Healthcare Organizations.

  • Strong Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Technical Information To Non-Technical Stakeholders.

  • Experience In Project Management And Ability To Lead Cross-Functional Teams To Deliver Solutions On Time And On Budget.
