Job Description

Perform software development activities using established development practices, following design and coding standards, code reviews, code versioning, continuous builds, unit/integration testing, & deployments. Provide technical expertise and recommendations in assessing new IT software projects and initiatives to support and enhance our existing software systems. Provides Software Developer I Associates with mentorship, guidance, and training on IT standard work and collaborates with managers on the development of Software Development I associates. Actively coordinates with Business Analysts and stakeholders to assist in the creation of system design and functional specifications for new development projects. Investigate and resolve application functionality, root cause analysis, related issues, and provide support/troubleshooting of our software systems.

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a software development group (Required)

  • Experience with enterprise software applications. (Preferred)

  • Minimum of 3 years using C# or similar object oriented language
