- Lead and champion continuous improvement initiatives within the Operations and Supply Chain department.
- Utilize expertise in DBS (Danaher Business System) to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to optimize processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and sustain improvements.
- Train and mentor team members on DBS principles and tools.
- Monitor and track progress of improvement initiatives, providing regular updates and reports to senior management.
- Identify and prioritize improvement opportunities based on data analysis and business objectives.
- Facilitate problem-solving sessions and drive root cause analysis to address process inefficiencies.
- Develop and implement standard work procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency.
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence throughout the organization.
- Collaborate with other departments to identify and implement best practices.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in DBS methodology to continuously improve processes.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for DBS within the organization and provide guidance and support to team members.
Extensive Experience In Leading And Implementing Continuous Improvement Initiatives In A Manufacturing Environment, Specifically In Operations And Supply Chain Management.
Strong Understanding Of The Principles And Methodologies Of Lean Manufacturing And Six Sigma, With A Track Record Of Successful Application And Results.
Proven Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage And Motivate Cross-Functional Teams To Drive Continuous Improvement And Operational Excellence.
Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify Process Inefficiencies And Develop And Execute Solutions To Improve Productivity, Quality, And Cost.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Supply Chain Management, Including Inventory Control, Demand Planning, And Supplier Management, With A Focus On Driving Efficiency And Reducing Lead Times.
