International and Domestic Mobility Specialist

As the Mobility Specialist, you will be responsible for coordinating international and domestic assignments, managing immigration processes, and assisting in the development and implementation of mobility policies and procedures. Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate international and domestic assignments, including managing immigration processes.
2. Assist in the development and implementation of mobility policies and procedures.
3. Provide guidance and support to international and domestic assignees and their families.
4. Keep up to date with global mobility trends and best practices.
5. Develop and deliver cross-cultural training to assignees and their families.
6. Manage the budget for mobility programs and projects.
7. Monitor program performance and evaluate effectiveness.
8. Maintain accurate records of all mobility activities.
9. Liaise with external partners and vendors to ensure compliance with local laws and regulations.
10. Act as a point of contact for any mobility-related queries.
