  1. Perform routine maintenance and repair of mechanical equipment used in the production of medical devices.
  2. Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical issues, and develop solutions to ensure equipment is running efficiently.
  3. Conduct regular inspections of equipment to identify potential issues and address them in a timely manner.
  4. Collaborate with other team members to optimize equipment performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
  5. Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities to ensure compliance with company standards and regulations.
  6. Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns and prioritize tasks to minimize downtime.
  7. Utilize technical knowledge and problem-solving skills to resolve mechanical issues and prevent future occurrences.
  8. Work closely with engineering and production teams to implement new equipment and processes.
  9. Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  10. Continuously improve knowledge and skills in mechanical technology through training and development opportunities.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Mechanical Engineering Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In A Mechanical Technician Role.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Mechanical Systems And Components, Including Design, Assembly, And Troubleshooting.

  • Proficiency In Using Computer-Aided Design (Cad) Software For Creating And Modifying Mechanical Drawings.

  • Ability To Work Independently And As Part Of A Team, With Excellent Problem-Solving And Communication Skills.
