  1. Ensure accuracy and completeness of document management systems by performing regular audits and reviews.
  2. Maintain high quality standards by adhering to company policies and procedures.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement document control processes.
  4. Keep up-to-date with industry standards and regulatory requirements related to document management.
  5. Monitor and track document changes, revisions, and approvals.
  6. Identify and troubleshoot any issues or discrepancies in document management systems.

  12. Assist in the preparation and execution of internal and external audits related to document management.
  13. Provide timely and accurate reports to management regarding document management activities.
  14. Act as a subject matter expert for document management systems and processes.
  15. Prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects effectively to meet deadlines.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field Such As Business Administration, Information Systems, Or Quality Management.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Experience In Document Management, Preferably In A Medical Device Or Pharmaceutical Industry.

  • Knowledge Of Regulatory Requirements And Standards For Document Control, Such As Iso 13485, Fda Regulations, And Gxp Guidelines.

  • Strong Attention To Detail And Ability To Manage Multiple Projects And Tasks Simultaneously.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively Across Departments And With External Partners.
