
Corporate Loss Prevention/Investigations Coordinator
Manage tools/reporting which measure the success of various programs Review, analyze and present qualitative and quantitative results to senior management and other business partners. Identify potential internal theft cases using Exception based reporting. Administer fraud analyst program. Research fraud claims on the e-commerce platform. Administer Case management system. Participate in cross functional dialogue and manage projects as assigned. Identify and report trends in statistical data. Burglar Alarm - service calls, Code Additions / Subtractions, Fire Alarm Service calls. EAS service calls and program compliance. Ladder inspection compliance. Awareness program compliance.
Wicklander Certification Preferred
Bachelor’s Degree in Retail Management/Criminal Justice, or 4 years related work experience preferred
Previous Loss Prevention experience a plus
