Job Description

As the Product Manager, you will be responsible for managing the development process from onset of concept through delivery to stores. The focus of the position is to enhance and execute the Buyer’s objectives for owned brands by sourcing both domestically and internationally. Ensure stakeholders understand deliverables and troubleshoot issues effectively to deliver goods in timely manner. Builds seasonal calendar with alignment from cross-functional team. Ensures all teams are well versed and adhering to calendar and process. Understanding of total Global trends impacting sourcing and costing strategies. Utilize available recourses to manage your business end to end. Check development updates, review production status, negotiate costs, and forecast future business.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum of three to five years previous related experience required preferably in product development.

  • Ability to think strategically and conceptually

  • Highly motivated self-starter able to work in a fast-paced retail environment

  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency while remaining organized.
