Social Media Associate

The Social Media role will be part of building, developing, and evolving our Bed Bath & Beyond social presence. You will have an opportunity to contribute to the strategic thinking and insights-led storytelling for our social platforms, in dynamic partnership with our Integrated Marketing, digital, and creative teams. Support monthly and seasonal content planning to drive growth and translate the storytelling of the Bed Bath & Beyond brand to a digital-first audience. Close partnership with internal channels ensuring social content fully aligns with companies’ priorities. Consistent communication with Customer Care and Public Relations teams ensuring business needs are being voiced & met. Provide support on platform developments, platform trends, competitive insights and translate them into actionable recommendations for strategic social publishing. Partner with wider teams to apply insights-driven and data-led strategies to all social campaigns – and ensure content is optimized across all platforms. Use insights to develop sound, fact-based marketing strategies to drive incremental ROI against business objectives.
