  1. Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies that align with the overall brand image and drive sales for the company.
  2. Lead and manage a team of visual merchandisers, providing guidance, coaching, and training to ensure consistent execution of visual standards across all stores in the assigned area.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including buying, planning, and marketing, to understand product assortment, sales trends, and promotional plans, and translate them into visually impactful displays.
  4. Conduct regular store visits to assess the visual presentation and identify opportunities for improvement.
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competition, and make recommendations for visual changes or updates to keep the brand fresh and relevant.
  6. Monitor and manage visual merchandising budgets, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
  7. Create and maintain visual merchandising guidelines and standards for the assigned area, ensuring consistency across all stores.
  8. Train and educate store teams on visual merchandising techniques, standards, and guidelines.
  9. Manage the execution of new store openings, remodels, and special events, ensuring that all visual elements are installed and executed according to company standards.
  10. Collaborate with store managers to ensure that all visual merchandising standards are maintained and executed on a daily basis.
  11. Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring that the company's values and brand image are reflected in all visual merchandising efforts.
  12. Analyze sales data and customer feedback to make data-driven decisions on visual merchandising strategies.
  13. Ensure compliance with safety and security procedures at all times while executing visual merchandising plans.
  14. Foster a positive and collaborative team environment, promoting open communication, mutual respect, and a strong work ethic.
  15. Report directly to the Regional Visual Merchandising Manager and provide regular updates on visual merchandising initiatives and performance.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Fashion Merchandising, Visual Merchandising, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Experience In Visual Merchandising, Ideally In A Retail Environment.

  • Strong Understanding Of Current Retail Trends And Visual Merchandising Techniques.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Manage And Train A Team Of Visual Merchandisers.

  • Proven Track Record Of Driving Sales Through Effective Visual Merchandising Strategies And Execution.
