1. Develop and implement visually appealing displays that effectively showcase our brand and merchandise in a creative and innovative way.
2. Collaborate with the visual merchandising team to create and execute strategic visual merchandising plans that align with company goals and objectives.
3. Ensure the timely and accurate execution of visual displays and merchandising initiatives in accordance with company standards.
4. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor visuals to continuously improve and evolve our visual merchandising strategies.
5. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including buying, marketing, and store operations, to ensure visual merchandising efforts are aligned with company initiatives.
6. Maintain an organized and visually pleasing store environment through consistent restocking, replenishing, and rearranging of merchandise.
7. Train and educate store associates on visual merchandising standards and techniques, promoting a consistent and cohesive brand image.
8. Conduct regular store visits to ensure visual merchandising standards are being maintained and offer guidance and support to store teams as needed.
9. Manage and maintain inventory of visual props, fixtures, and equipment, ensuring they are in good condition and available for use.
10. Continuously seek opportunities to improve and enhance the overall visual aesthetic and customer experience in-store.
11. Assist in the planning and execution of special events and promotions, creating visually impactful displays to support these initiatives.
12. Monitor and analyze sales data to measure the effectiveness of visual merchandising strategies and make recommendations for improvement.
13. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols, to maintain a safe and productive work environment.
14. Foster a positive and collaborative team culture, providing support and guidance to fellow team members as needed.
15. Represent the Belk brand with enthusiasm, passion, and a strong knowledge of our products and values.
