Responsible for aggregating, analyzing and providing insights that help monitor, optimize and deliver data driven recommendations across a variety of platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat, Pinterest, etc. Understand Facebook Insights, Twitter Analytics, and other proprietary social media tools. Identify gaps, trends, and opportunities, and effectively communicate to key stakeholders. This position collaborates across multiple internal and external stakeholders including Creative, Paid Media, Analytics, Customer Relations, Special Events teams and Agency & Vendor partners to determine business priorities to fuel social strategy. Responsible for account management including content calendar creation, campaign optimization, audience strategy, budget management, and testing ideation and execution. Manage large media budgets with timely forecasting reconciliation and audit.
