1. Conduct consultations with clients to determine their skin concerns and desired outcomes.
2. Provide a variety of facial treatments, including but not limited to, facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and waxing services.
3. Stay up-to-date on the latest beauty trends, products, and techniques to ensure the best service for clients.
4. Educate clients on proper skin care routines and recommend products to help them maintain healthy skin.
5. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including sanitizing tools and equipment.
6. Adhere to all safety and sanitation standards set by the company.
7. Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and return visits.
8. Work closely with other team members to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for clients.
9. Keep accurate records of client information, treatments performed, and product recommendations.
10. Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
11. Collaborate with management to develop promotions and events to attract new clients and retain current ones.
12. Assist with inventory management and ordering of products as needed.
13. Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards clients and colleagues at all times.
