Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to generate and send offer letters, new hire information, and other necessary documents. Respond to a wide variety of inquires which may involve researching programs, policies, and procedure. Monitor onboarding process for new employees, completing necessary tasks and notifying the Talent Acquisition team of potential issues throughout the process. Maintain system data integrity while processing new hires, employee updates or other changes to HRIS.
