Responsibilities:

1. Develop and manage performance strategies to increase store performance
2. Monitor retail operations and metrics to identify new areas of improvement
3. Analyze retail performance data to identify trends and develop strategies to optimize retail performance
4. Collaborate with store managers to ensure successful implementation of performance strategies
5. Assist with the creation of performance reports and presentations
6. Create and maintain documentation of all retail performance initiatives
7. Provide support to store managers to ensure successful execution of all retail performance objectives
8. Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to identify potential opportunities to increase retail performance
9. Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices to ensure the highest level of retail performance
