Financial Analyst
Sourcing Analysts will support both North American and Global specific sourcing strategy, projects and initiatives to achieve business objectives. Coordinate projects with various business units for successful alignment and implementation. Develop and lead plans to integrate Global Sourcing operations. Manage and create internal reports and dashboards to improve department metrics. Collect, analyze, mine and conduct trend analysis of Sourcing data. Manage data quality, data cleansing, standardization, and verification processes. Engage with operations teams across all business units to align with Sourcing goals and business needs. Continually analyze Sourcing processes to find areas where we can drive cost out of our business. Coordinate projects with various business units for successful alignment and implementation. Pursue strategic options to mitigate risks and to ensure cost-effective supply with end user needs.
Background knowledge of accounts payable, freight billing, freight claim filing, and JD Edwards necessary
Ability to communicate effectively at multiple levels within organization
