Process Engineer
Helps direct the efforts of process technicians through good managerial skills and establishes goals in order to produce positive results. Process Reliability Works closely with customers to define product requirements and translates them into controllable process parameters. Determines company’s process capabilities to consistently run to target and meet the customer’s product requirements. Defines and reports opportunities for process reliability improvement. Works closely with the Process Engineering Manager, Operations Manager, Maintenance Manager, and manufacturing teams to recommend and justify needed equipment upgrades or modifications. Process capability studies to optimize specific product processes by product and by line.
Previous supervision and project management experience preferred.
Understanding of chemical properties within the plastic industry preferred.
