Job Description

Do you have a passion for technology and exceptional customer service? Best Buy is seeking a motivated individual to join our team as an Appliance Delivery and Installation Assistant. As an integral member of our delivery and installation team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and timely delivery of appliances to our customers' homes, as well as providing installation and set-up services. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment and has a knack for problem-solving.   1. Coordinate and schedule appliance deliveries with customers according to their availability and preferences.
  2. Safely load, transport, and unload appliances from delivery truck to customer's home.
  3. Perform installation and set-up of appliances in accordance with manufacturer instructions and customer requests.
  4. Troubleshoot and problem-solve any issues that may arise during the delivery and installation process.
  5. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any questions or concerns from customers in a professional and timely manner.
  6. Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure all necessary equipment and tools are available for each delivery and installation.
  7. Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures while handling and installing appliances.
  8. Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure efficient and effective operations.
  9. Communicate any delivery or installation delays or issues to customers and management.
  10. Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and provide suggestions for enhancing the overall customer experience.

Job Qualifications

  • Knowledge And Experience With Various Appliances: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Different Types Of Appliances, Including Refrigerators, Dishwashers, Washing Machines, Dryers, And Ovens.

  • Physical Strength And Stamina: This Role Requires A Lot Of Heavy Lifting And Physical Labor, So The Candidate Must Be Able To Lift And Move Appliances Weighing Up To 100 Pounds.

  • Excellent Customer Service Skills: As A Representative Of Best Buy, The Candidate Must Have Exceptional Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Provide Friendly And Professional Service To Customers.
