1. Assist with loading and unloading appliances from delivery trucks and transporting them to customers' homes or designated areas within the store.
2. Ensure all appliances are handled with care and are not damaged during the delivery and installation process.
3. Assist customers with inspecting appliances upon delivery and addressing any concerns or issues.
4. Follow company procedures and safety protocols while handling and delivering appliances.
5. Communicate effectively with customers to confirm delivery and installation details and address any questions or concerns.
6. Collaborate with the delivery team to ensure timely and accurate delivery and installation of appliances.
7. Assist with the setup and installation of appliances, including connecting electrical and plumbing components.
8. Keep track of inventory and ensure all necessary equipment and tools are available for each delivery and installation.
9. Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions and resolving any issues that may arise during the delivery and installation process.
10. Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the delivery truck and all tools and equipment.
11. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including those related to safety and customer service.
12. Attend training sessions and meetings to stay updated on new products and procedures related to appliance delivery and installation.
13. Assist with other tasks as needed, such as restocking and organizing inventory, scheduling deliveries, and completing paperwork.
