Asset Protection Officer

The successful candidate should also be familiar with security and surveillance equipment and have strong communication and interpersonal skills. Responsibilities:

1. Monitor and manage the security and surveillance of all Best Buy assets.
2. Identify, investigate, and report any suspicious activity or theft.
3. Ensure that all store policies and procedures are followed, including those related to safety and customer service.
4. Utilize security and surveillance equipment to monitor customer and employee behavior.
5. Maintain a safe and secure environment by establishing and enforcing security policies and procedures.
6. Respond to any security incidents or emergencies.
7. Assist customers and store personnel with any security issues or concerns.
8. Develop and maintain strong relationships with local law enforcement agencies.
9. Provide excellent customer service while ensuring asset protection.
10. Work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
