Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement asset protection policies and procedures to ensure the safety and security of Best Buy’s assets.
2. Monitor store activity to identify and investigate any suspicious behavior.
3. Respond to all incidents of theft, shoplifting, fraud, and vandalism.
4. Create and maintain incident reports.
5. Educate store personnel on safety, security, and asset protection procedures.
6. Communicate with customers in a courteous and professional manner.
7. Work with local law enforcement as needed.
8. Stay up to date on all current loss prevention techniques and technologies.
9. Analyze data and trends to identify potential risks and areas of improvement.
10. Monitor store equipment and supplies for any potential hazards.
