Asset Protection Officer

Responsibilities:

1. Monitor customer activities within the store and identify any suspicious activities or potential theft.
2. Respond quickly and appropriately to any incidents or potential threats.
3. Establish and maintain positive customer relations and provide courteous customer service.
4. Operate security cameras to monitor customer activities and document suspected incidents of theft or fraud.
5. Inform store management of any suspicious activity or potential theft.
6. Develop and implement security procedures and policies to ensure store assets are adequately protected.
7. Maintain accurate records of investigations, security breaches, and other incidents.
8. Provide customer service to customers who have experienced theft or fraud.
9. Ensure all security equipment is in good working order and kept up to date.
10. Provide monthly reports to store management on the status of security incidents.
