We are looking for a Certified Apple Expert to join the Best Buy team and provide exceptional customer service to our Apple product customers. The ideal candidate is passionate about Apple products and has a deep knowledge of the entire Apple product line. In addition to excellent customer service, the Certified Apple Expert will be responsible for helping customers navigate the Apple product ecosystem and providing timely and accurate technical support. We are looking for someone who is upbeat, friendly, and has the ability to multitask and problem solve. The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications: • At least 2 years of retail customer service experience• A working knowledge of Apple products, including Mac, iPad, iPhone, Apple Watch, and Apple TV• A proven ability to troubleshoot and solve technical issues• The ability to operate basic office equipment, such as a computer and printer• Excellent customer service and communication skills• The ability to work independently and as part of a team• A strong desire to help customers and exceed expectations
Responsibilities: • Act as a knowledgeable and reliable source of information about Apple products for customers • Provide customers with exceptional customer service in a friendly and helpful manner • Effectively troubleshoot any issues customers may have with their Apple products • Effectively demonstrate product features and capabilities to customers • Assist customers with setting up and configuring their Apple products • Stay up-to-date on the latest Apple products and any changes in related software • Maintain a neat and organized work space • Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner • Provide accurate and timely technical support for customers • Work independently and as part of a team to ensure customer satisfaction
