Certified Apple Expert

We are looking for a Certified Apple Expert to join our team at Best Buy. The ideal candidate will have an in-depth knowledge of Apple products and services, a passion for providing exceptional customer service, and the enthusiasm to promote Apple products to our customers. This position requires excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as a friendly, upbeat, and professional attitude.To be considered for this role, you must have a current Apple certification and at least two years of experience in consumer electronics sales. Experience with Apple products, such as Macs, iPhones, iPads, and Apple TVs, is strongly desired. You should also have a deep understanding of the Apple ecosystem, including iCloud, iTunes, and the App Store. Familiarity with AppleCare and AppleCare+ is a plus.
